FreakInTheSheetsPlus is a brand of ElieCom L.L.C.. We sell spreadsheet templates as digital downloads on Etsy. This website shows what each spreadsheet does; purchases are made on Etsy, and Etsy's own terms for checkout, payment, buyer protection and disputes also apply. By buying a FreakInTheSheetsPlus spreadsheet you agree to these Terms together with Etsy's.

1. What you are buying

Each product is a digital file, usually a Microsoft Excel workbook, sometimes with a PDF guide. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page and Etsy listing says which programs it works in (for example, Microsoft Excel 2019 or newer, or Microsoft 365). Please check that before you buy.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before you buy. Etsy shows the final price, adds any sales tax, and takes payment. FreakInTheSheetsPlus never receives your card details.

3. Delivery

Etsy makes your files available to download as soon as your payment is confirmed. See our Delivery Policy.

4. Your license

When you buy a spreadsheet, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to download it, use it and change it for your own records and your own business. You may make copies for your own backup.

You may not resell, share, give away, publish or upload the files or modified versions of them, or use them to make a product for sale. All rights not granted here stay with ElieCom L.L.C., DBA FreakInTheSheetsPlus.

5. Not professional advice

Our spreadsheets do arithmetic on the numbers you enter. They are not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, and they do not replace a qualified professional. Tax rules change and depend on your situation: check the results with your accountant before you rely on them. You are responsible for the data you enter and for the decisions you make with the results.

6. Refunds

Because a digital file cannot be returned, we do not refund a purchase because you changed your mind after downloading it. If a file is faulty, will not open in the programs listed, or is not what the listing described, we will fix it, replace it or refund you through Etsy. See our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The spreadsheets, their formulas and layouts, the guides, the pictures and the text on this website belong to ElieCom L.L.C., DBA FreakInTheSheetsPlus. The FreakInTheSheetsPlus name and logo are trade names of ElieCom L.L.C..

8. Using this website

This website has no accounts and no checkout. You agree not to use it unlawfully, try to get unauthorized access to it, disrupt it, or submit false information through it.

9. Disclaimer

We build and check every spreadsheet carefully, but the files are provided "as is". Apart from what these Terms say or the law requires, we make no other promises, express or implied.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ElieCom L.L.C., DBA FreakInTheSheetsPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including tax penalties or lost profits, arising from buying or using our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product.

11. Disputes

Any dispute about these Terms or your purchase will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before one arbitrator in New Jersey. You waive class actions and representative proceedings. Either of us may bring an individual claim in New Jersey small claims court instead.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any proceeding outside arbitration belongs in the state or federal courts of New Jersey.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes are posted here with a new effective date and apply to purchases made after that date.
