About FreakInTheSheetsPlus

Spreadsheets that do the math, not just the logging.

FreakInTheSheetsPlus makes Excel spreadsheets for people who keep their own books, starting with landlords. Most templates give you a place to write things down. Ours do the arithmetic as well: you type what happened, in the yellow cells, and the formulas work out the rest.

Yes, the name is a joke. The math is not.

Who we are

FreakInTheSheetsPlus is run by ElieCom L.L.C., a small independent business in New Jersey, United States. Every sheet is built and checked by us before it goes on sale.

Where you can buy

Our sheets are sold on Etsy. Checkout, payment and your download all happen there, and Etsy's purchase protection covers your order. This site is where you can see everything a sheet does first.

Our promise

If a file will not open or is not what the listing described, tell us within 30 days and we will fix it, send you a new copy, or refund you through Etsy. See the Refund Policy.
